Over a period of experience, we at USHAS have combined, adapted and altered the conceptual models for treatment of children having behavior problems. The children are provided with highly structured learning environments and teaching materials. The students behaviors are precisely measured, interventions are designed to increase or decrease behaviors and progress toward goals is measured carefully and frequently.
The intervention may be with the principles of teaching, with treatment measured primarily in terms of learning. Love and trust, in teaching and learning, are emphasized; and children are encouraged to be open and free individuals. They are thought self direction, self fulfillment, and self evaluation, in a non authoritarian atmosphere in a non traditional educational setting.
